The installation was intended to stop visitors in their tracks by appearing at first glance to be a wood-paneled wall then unsuspectingly transforming into a fully interactive canvas when approached by visitors. The wall then delivers an interactive presentation of the developer’s newest mixed-use retail projects, Assembly Row. This 4’ x 8’ installation was enabled by a combination of Christie’s ultra high-resolution Microtiles, 3D gestural camera, and powered by the robust Float4 RealMotion TM interactive server. Visitors were able to navigate a map of the development and look through a virtual window into an almost life-sized depiction of the development’s colorful, urban streetscapes.
