ASSEMBLY ROW - MARKETING CENTER
Federal Realty Investment Trust engaged Materials & Methods to lead the design and production of a wide variety of permanent and temporary installations for the new Assembly Row retail development in Somerville, MA. Scheduled to open in 2014, Assembly Row will feature office space, luxury apartments, shopping, restaurants and entertainment venues.
Materials & Methods, in collaboration with Federal Realty’s marketing team and StreetWorks Studio, designed and managed the construction of the marketing center for the Assembly Row development. With StreetWorks, Materials & Methods developed the interior design and marketing tools that sales and leasing teams could use to communicate offerings of the mixed-use development.
Our scope of work included designing and implementing the entire branded environment as well as Audio/Video installations such as a 65” multitouch interactive video wall, conference rooms with integrated LCD displays and an iPad controllable presentation applications created by Neoscape of Boston.
